  • Concentrated milk
  • salt
  • oil
  • lemon juice

STEPS
1 / Use the shaker tupperware 550 ml (D10)
2/ 1 tablespoon of strong mustard
3/ 75 ml unsweetened condensed milk (very fresh)
4/ 1 pinch of salt (5 ml) 150 ml of oil
5/ 30 ml lemon juice
6/ Shake the shaker well (it is still liquid)
7/ Add 30 ml of lemon juice.
8/ Shake well and let the mayonnaise thicken. Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator
